We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive / Head Chef with expertise in Turkish, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, and other global cuisines for a 4 Star Hotel Industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of 7-8 years as a Head Chef and a total 12-15 years in the culinary industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, multi-kitchen management, and the ability to maintain high culinary standards across all cuisines served. Fluent English communication is essential to ensure smooth operations with the team and customers.

• Requirements:7-8 years experience as a Head Chef (preferred in a multi-cuisine environment).
• 12-15 years overall experience in the culinary industry.
• Expertise in Turkish, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, and other international cuisines.
• Ability to manage multiple kitchens simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, procurement, and food cost management.
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is a plus.
