• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage hiring independently

Your Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
• Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates across job portals
• Coordinating interviews & feedback with internal teams
• Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
