As a GPay Sound Pod Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with merchants in the sound pod market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through active communication and follow-ups.   

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs. 

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Google Pay and address any concerns.      

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize sales revenue. 

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.    

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.      

• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.       

Key Requirements:

• Prior sound pod sales experience is mandatory. 

• Strong understanding of the sound pod market, trends, and competition.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  

• Must have a valid driver's license and own a bike for client visits.     

• Highly motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
