Job Summary:

Athyeka Heritage, a premium fashion and saree boutique, is looking for experienced and confident Sales Executives who are passionate about ethnic fashion, customer experience, and luxury retail. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen sense of style, and the ability to deliver personalized service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection.
• Understand customer needs and suggest sarees or ethnic wear that match their preferences.
• Explain product details such as fabric type, design, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Maintain attractive store displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged.
• Handle billing, packaging, and coordinate with the stock team.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Keep updated with latest fashion trends, new arrivals, and store promotions.

Requirements:Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in apparel, saree, or fashion retail sales.

Language Skills:

• Hindi and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and festive seasons.
