We need an experienced counter sales women for a silver jewellery ,gifting studio in Noida Sec-77. The candidate should be experienced in sales of silver jewellery for a minimum of 1 year .

Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements

Showcase and explain 925 sterling silver jewellery designs, quality, and pricing

Assist customers in selection, trials, and final purchase decisions

Build trust through honest product knowledge and excellent service

Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments accurately

Maintain display counters, jewellery hygiene, and showroom aesthetics

Keep track of stock movement and inform manager about fast-moving or low-stock items

Upsell matching jewellery (sets, gifting options, add-ons)

Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic after-sales support

Follow showroom SOPs related to security and customer handling
