Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Creative & Brand Communications Executive for our startup, who will work directly with the Directors and take complete ownership of all design and proposal-related work. The role involves designing company catalogues, business proposals, presentations, brochures, pitch decks, and other marketing collateral while ensuring strong brand consistency.

The candidate will create visually appealing layouts and compelling written content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design software. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, conceptualizing creative ideas, drafting proposal write-ups, coordinating revisions, and delivering high-quality materials within strict timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, good writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Ownership mindset, creativity, and direct reporting coordination with leadership are essential for this role.
