Job Description
- Job Role & Responsibilities:
Loan File Evaluation
- Assess loan applications (Home Loan / LAP) received from the sales team.
- Verify applicant’s eligibility based on income, repayment capacity, CIBIL score, banking, and financial documents.
- Analyze business, financials, and collateral value to ensure risk-free lending.
Risk Analysis & Policy Adherence
- Ensure that each loan proposal aligns with company credit norms and regulatory compliance.
- Identify early warning signals or red flags in applications.
- Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency levels.
Monitoring & Portfolio Management
- Track portfolio performance and take corrective actions on risk cases.
- Review renewal or enhancement requests from existing clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
