1 - Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during peak times

2 - Take orders from customers and input their selections into the POS (petpooja)

3 - Operate steamers and fryers to process food (momo cooking experience better)

4 - Clean your station thoroughly before, during and after each shift

5 - Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied

6 - Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures

7 - Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion

8 - Maintain cleaning & hygiene of the premises

9 - Receiving and Stocking all the materials as per SOP.

10 - Maintaining FIFO & inventory properly.

11 - Meet & Greet to each & every guest with smile .

1. तेज़ और कुशल सेवा बनाए रखना, विशेषकर व्यस्त समय (पीक टाइम) में।
2. ग्राहकों से ऑर्डर लेना और उनकी पसंद को POS (Petpooja) में दर्ज करना।
3. स्टीमर और फ्रायर चलाना ताकि भोजन तैयार किया जा सके (मोमो का अनुभव बेहतर होगा)।
4. अपनी कार्य-स्थान (स्टेशन) को प्रत्येक शिफ्ट से पहले, दौरान और बाद में अच्छी तरह साफ़ करना।
5. अतिथियों (ग्राहकों) के प्रश्न, चिंताएँ और शिकायतों का जवाब देना और सुनिश्चित करना कि वे संतुष्ट होकर जाएँ।
6. सभी रेस्टोरेंट सुरक्षा और सेफ़्टी प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।
7. प्रत्येक शिफ्ट के लिए समय पर पहुँचना और शिफ्ट पूरी होने तक काम करना।
8. परिसर की सफ़ाई और स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
9. SOP के अनुसार सभी सामग्री (मटेरियल) प्राप्त करना और स्टॉक करना।
10. FIFO (First In First Out) और इन्वेंटरी को सही ढंग से बनाए रखना।
11. प्रत्येक अतिथि का मुस्कान के साथ स्वागत (Meet & Greet) करना।
