Roles and Responsibilities:

·                 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

·                 Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest products. This significantly helps in increasing the sales of the company.

·                 Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.

·                 Understand customer needs and goals

·                 Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies

·                 Track and analyse customer data.

·                 Closely work with Sales team to identify and set the route map.

·                 Coordinating with the distributors to ensure the performance of sales person.

·                 Work with other departments to ensure that customers are satisfied with all aspects of their experience
