Key Responsibilities

• Make back-to-back outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client communication in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations with clients.
• Present project details to clients confidently and clearly.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues with a client-first approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar CRM/Telecalling role (Real Estate background preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
