Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Process Coordinator to manage and coordinate customer relationship processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth process flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams
• Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Ensure data accuracy and process compliance
• Support team in CRM-related tasks and documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
