Summary: As a Custom Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating those needs into scalable and secure technical solutions, and ensuring high performance in the applications developed. You will engage in discussions with team members to refine architectural designs and provide guidance on best practices, while also reviewing and evaluating the work of your peers to ensure alignment with project goals and standards. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technical direction of projects and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with modern web frameworks such as Spring and Angular. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL. - Ability to implement security best practices in application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
