Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance – EDI Filing Executive for our Noida office. The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely filing of Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills through the Indian Customs EDI (ICEGATE) system, ensuring full compliance with Indian customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and file Bills of Entry (BOE) and Shipping Bills through EDI/ICEGATE
- Handle Remote EDI filing independently
- Verify import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, FTA, Licenses, etc.)
- Correct HSN/CTH classification and duty calculation
- Handle customs queries, error messages, amendments, and re-assessments
- Coordinate with Customs Officers, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, and Clients
- Ensure compliance with Customs Act, DGFT, FTP, and allied laws
- Maintain proper records and documentation as per audit requirements
