Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also ensuring that the solutions are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Varicent.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with agile project management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Varicent.
- This position is based at our Noida office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
