Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team in best practices and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
