Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding project requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also participating in team discussions to drive innovation and efficiency in the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of web application development principles and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to work with version control systems like Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
