Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience with system configuration and performance tuning.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- This position is based at our Noida office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
