Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software that aligns with organizational goals and user needs.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in developing dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively.
- Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
