Job Description:

Wealth Clinic Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and result-driven Tele callers for our growing real estate sales team. The role involves lead generation, outbound calling, customer follow-ups, project explanation, and site visit scheduling for premium residential & commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-generated leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries and understand customer property requirements.
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, location benefits and investment suitability.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Update customer information in CRM with accuracy.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & conversion targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication & customer-handling skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation & follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM preferred.
• Experience in real estate tele calling/tele sales is an added advantage.
