Job Description

A customer care associate job involves making and handling phone calls to generate leads, promote products/services, and provide customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers, explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. 

Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, address concerns and complaints, and provide assistance. 


Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, marketing campaigns, or other methods. 


Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. 


Customer Service: Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. 


Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database. 


Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
