Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.

Upsell banking products such as:

Debit/Credit Card Upgrades

EMI Conversions on Credit Card Dues

Loan Top-ups (Home/Personal)

Insurance Offerings

👩‍💻 Eligibility:

✅ Graduate / Undergraduate

✅ Fresher or Experienced – Both Welcome

✅ Good communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

🕒 Shift Details:

Male: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Female: 7 AM – 7 PM

📅 6 Days Working | 9 Hrs/Day | Rotational Weekly Offs

👔 Dress Code:

Mon–Fri – Formals | Sat–Sun – Semi-Casuals

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
