Position: Customer Support Executive


Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.

Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service processes.
