Job Description

Job Title: Chat Support Executive –

Tata Broadband

Location: Noida Sector 63 (as per process)


Experience: Freshers & Experienced


Salary: 18,000 – 28,000 per month (based on experience)


Job Summary:


Looking for energetic candidates to handle customer chat support for Tata Broadband services. The role involves assisting customers with queries related to internet connectivity, plans, billing, troubleshooting, and service requests through chat.


  • Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound customer queries via chat professionally and promptly.
  • Provide quick resolutions related to broadband issues: connectivity, speed, billing, account login, upgrades, etc.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems with guidance from SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
  • Coordinate with backend/technical teams when needed.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT).
  • Follow all data security and process compliance guidelines.


  • Required Skills


  • Good written communication skills (English).
  • Typing speed: 30–35 WPM preferred.
  • Basic understanding of internet/broadband services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Candidates from BPO/chat support background preferred but not required.
