We are hiring for International & Domestic Customer Care Profile

Process: Voice 

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Voice process (BPO)  

Communication: Excellent English  

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end customer service process  

Resolve customer complaints escalated to you  

Conduct quality assurance surveys and provide feedback to the team  

Maintain strong product knowledge to enhance support quality  

Build positive rapport with customers over the phone  

Ensure every customer interaction is pleasant and shareable  

Work Schedule

5 or 6 days working, rotational shifts  

Male candidates: 24×7  

Female candidates: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (any 9-hour shift)  

Compensation

International process salary- ₹40K CTC per month (₹35K in-hand + ₹4K annual bonus)

Domestic process salary₹29.6K CTC per month (₹24.8K in-hand + ₹4K annual bonus)  

No cab facility or cab allowance candidates must arrange their own commute

All rounds will be conducted on the same day at the company premises.

Note: This is a pure customer service role — no sales, no collections, and no targets.
