Job Description Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Noida Sector-63 Job Type: Full-Time Department: Customer Service / Support Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Team Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone.• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex issues. • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. • Provide product/service information and guidance as needed. • Meet individual and team performance metrics and KPIs. Qualifications: • Intermediate freshers, High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
