Job Title: Inbound Customer Care Executive (BPO):
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide information, guidance, and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team or supervisor.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets as defined by the organization.
