Job Title: Inbound Customer Care Executive (BPO):


Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide information, guidance, and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team or supervisor.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets as defined by the organization.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
