Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) – Freshers
Location: Noida Sector 62
Salary: INR 16,000/- in-hand | INR 17,500/- CTC
Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts (Day and Night Shifts)
Females: From 7 AM to 8 PM (only 9 hours shift)
Job Description:
- Inbound voice process
- Resolve the queries of customer over the call
- Provide assistant to the customer
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
- Provide clear and effective resolutions to customer queries.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism during customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving.
- Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum education requirement: 12th, undergraduate or graduate a completed diploma.
- Average Typing skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Cab allowance in case of night shift.
Additional Information:
