Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) – Freshers

Location: Noida Sector 62

Salary: INR 16,000/- in-hand | INR 17,500/- CTC

Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shifts (Day and Night Shifts)

Females: From 7 AM to 8 PM (only 9 hours shift)

 

Job Description:

  • Inbound voice process
  • Resolve the queries of customer over the call
  • Provide assistant to the customer
  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and issues.
  • Provide clear and effective resolutions to customer queries.


Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Minimum education requirement: 12th, undergraduate or graduate a completed diploma.
  • Average Typing skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts (night shift cab provided for pick-up).

Additional Information:

Candidates will get travels allowance
