Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems to senior support personnel as necessary.
- Maintain Records: Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolution processes accurately in our CRM system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback and insights to the relevant departments for continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and enhance your knowledge and skills in customer support.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Attributes:
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
