Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
• Follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements
