Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and street-smart professional who can manage rent collections, tenant communication, CRM updates, and basic digital promotion for our growing PG & Co-Living business across Noida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, interacting with people, and growing with a fast-expanding organization.

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Rent & Payment CollectionCollect monthly rent from tenants across all PG properties in Noida
  • Handle cash, UPI, bank transfer, and online payments
  • Issue payment confirmation and maintain proper records
  • Follow up on pending and delayed payments professionally
  • 2. CRM & Record ManagementUpdate tenant payment status in CRM on a daily basis
  • Maintain tenant data, room allocation, dues, and payment history
  • Share daily collection and pending reports with the Head Office
  • 3. Tenant CoordinationCommunicate with tenants in Hindi (and basic English) for:

  • Payment reminders
  • Move-in / move-out coordination
  • Basic complaints or requests
  • Act as a bridge between residents and management
  • 4. Field Visits & Property SupportVisit PG properties as per collection or management requirement
  • Coordinate with caretakers and on-ground staff
  • Ensure proper documentation for new tenants
  • 5. Social Media SupportPost weekly updates on:

  • Room availability
  • Offers, discounts, and announcements
  • Daily life at Apna Thikana PGs
  • Share leads generated from social media to the office team
  • 🔹 Required SkillsGood communication in Hindi (must)
  • Comfortable with cash handling & online payments
  • Basic knowledge of smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM apps
  • Presentable, polite, and confident while dealing with tenants
  • Willing to travel across Noida
  • 🔹 Preferred BackgroundExperience in PG, hostel, real estate, field collections, telecom, finance, or sales is an advantage
  • Freshers with good attitude and learning mindset can also apply
