We are Hiring for Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

Process- Inbound/Outbound

·       Qualification - Undergraduate/ Graduate both can apply

·       Salary - Upto 20,000/- PM + Incentive

·       Working Days: 6 days

·       Shift Timing: Day (Between 8 AM-8 PM)

·       Week Off: Rotational (As per Business Requirement)

·       Work Location: Sector- 2/ Sector-127, Noida

·       On-site Job

Basic Requirement:

•     Basic Computer Skills.
•     Candidate should be able to communicate in Hindi and English.
•     Fresher & Experience both candidates can apply.
•     Candidate should have good Convincing & Sales Skills.
•     Ability to resolve customer queries & complaint through Inbound Calls.
•     Typing should be 20WPM.
•     Banking Process.
