Responsibilities: •

Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls from both current and prospective customers who are calling to avail our services or ask questions about the same.

• Easily navigate through our CRM and other portals.

• Using basic sales techniques, understand customer’s needs to receive all required information and sell our services.

• Capture customer’s details and create orders in CRM.
