Customer Care Executive

We are hiring Banking Voice Process Executives for inbound customer support. The role involves handling customer queries, providing banking assistance, and promoting relevant banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

.Handle inbound customer calls professionally

.Resolve customer queries related to banking services

.Assist customers with debit/credit card services

.Explain and process EMI conversions on credit card dues

.Pitch and upsell banking products (loans, cards, insurance)

.Maintain accurate customer records in the system

.Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

.Follow company policies and banking compliance guidelines

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates

Fresher or experienced both can apply

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
