Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with the logistics team and courier partners for shipment issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or support tools.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and assist customers with purchase-related queries.
- Follow up on pending issues until proper resolution.
- Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and logistics processes.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Qualification
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).
Experience in Customer Support / E-commerce / Logistics preferred.
