Customer Care Executive

We are hiring for the position of Collection Recovery Executive / Customer Support Executive / Telesales Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, following up with customers for due payments, resolving queries, maintaining records, and achieving assigned targets. Candidates must be confident, patient, and goal-oriented. Prior experience in collections, customer support, or telesales is an advantage but not mandatory.
