Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Banking & Insurance Voice Support. This role focuses on resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a great service experience.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls professionally
* Resolve customer issues and provide step-by-step assistance
* Share product information clearly
* Maintain call logs and adhere to quality standards
Eligibility:
* Graduate/Undergraduate
* Fresher or Experienced candidates welcome
* Good communication skills in English & Hindi
* Calm and customer-friendly attitude
Shift & Work Details:
* Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
* 6 days working | Rotational weekly offs
* Dress Code: Formals (Mon–Fri), Semi-Casual (Sat–Sun)
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 CTC + Incentives
