Eligibility Criteria •       Only Graduates and Graduates pursuing can apply

•       Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

•       Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory

Salary Structure Graduate Freshers

•       CTC: ₹15,606

•       In-hand Salary: ₹15,000

•       Deductions: ESIC

Graduate with Experience

•       CTC: ₹16,500

•       In-hand Salary: ₹15,800

•       Deductions: ESIC

Shift Details •       Rotational Day Shifts

•       Shift Duration: 9 hours per day

•       Working Days: 6 days a week

•       Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

Shift Window

•       8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

•       9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

•       10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

•       11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities •       Handle inbound customer calls for Daikin products and services

•       Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and complaints

•       Provide accurate information with a customer-first approach

•       Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines

•       Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions

Key Skills Required •       Excellent communication skills (English)

•       Customer handling skills

•       Active listening and problem-solving abilities

•       Basic computer knowledge

•       Willingness to work in rotational shifts
