Key Responsibilities


 Handle customer queries via voice channel


 Provide accurate and timely support


 Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow SOPs


 Document all interactions in the system accurately


 

Eligibility Criteria


 Minimum 12th Pass


 6+ months of Customer Service experience is mandatory


 UG/Graduate/Postgraduate candidates welcome


 Decent communication skills in English and Hindi 


 Comfortable with 24*7 rotational shifts


 Immediate joiners preferred
