  • Job Role & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails to assist customers with their queries, issues, or complaints.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products or services offered by the company.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or senior support staff when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and contribute suggestions for better service.
