Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for the Swiggy Voice Process (NAPS segment). This role is ideal for freshers who have excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in customer support. The associate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and resolving queries efficiently while ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound voice calls for Swiggy customers
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
• Address queries related to orders, deliveries, refunds, and general support
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a voice process
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 (depending on interview performance)
