Responsibilities : Handling customer queries, resolving issues and providing excellent service

 

Requirement

 

1.       Candidate should be Graduate.

2.       Must have prior experience in BPO Telecalling

3.       Salary will be 26k CTC (21K In-hand)

4.       Skill set required V5

5.       Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)

6.       Day Shifts Only.

Day shift 8 am to 8pm for the Female candidates in between any 9 hrs,

8 am to 10 pm any 9 hrs for the male candidates.
