Work Schedule: 6 days working (Roster week-off)

Job SummaryWe are hiring Inbound & Outbound Calling Associate to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and support business operations. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer support, or information sharing.
• Provide correct details about products/services, policies, and processes.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused approach at all times.

RequirementsEducation: Graduate preferred (not mandatory).

Experience: 1 to 3 years in inbound/outbound calling or customer support

Skills:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
