Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Process orders, applications, refunds, or exchanges as per company guidelines.
- Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant products or solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications and customer support software (CRM tools).
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Good listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or support operations.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-specific products or services.
