Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Process orders, applications, refunds, or exchanges as per company guidelines.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant products or solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications and customer support software (CRM tools).
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Good listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or support operations.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific products or services.
