Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: A-28, Sector 57, Noida

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹17,500 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a non-sales profile. The role involves assisting customers, handling their queries, and providing proper support. There are no sales targets, making it a stable and comfortable support role for candidates looking to build a career in customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
  • Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about services when required.
  • Maintain basic records of customer interactions.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days working with 1 weekly off.
  • Day shift for female candidates.
  • Rotational shifts for male candidates.
