Job Roles & Responsibilities:-


Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues or escalate when required.

Maintain CSAT, quality, and productivity targets.

Update customer interactions in CRM / system tools.

Follow SOPs, compliance, and data security guidelines.

Ensure SLA and shift adherence.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
