Customer Experience Officer

Job Title: CEC Officer – Inbound (Privy) Customer Experience Center (CEC) Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound calls from Privy League customers and resolve queries/requests to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products during customer interactions.
• Maintain high-quality communication and customer servicing standards while meeting productivity benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of overall experience, including at least 6 months in a customer service role. Experience in the call center industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible to work 24/7 shifts (For females: 7 AM to 8 PM) including Sundays/holidays.
• Flexible to take scattered weekly offs (8 offs in a month) with 9-hour shifts.

Compensation:

• Salary up to 4.45 LPA CTC (depending on interview performance).
