About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive with strong communication, convincing skills, and a passion for B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer handling, lead follow-up, client coordination, and upselling.

  • Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for B2B customers.
  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products/services.
  • Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to close sales.
  • Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain CRM records, call logs, and customer interaction details.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to customer retention and sales conversions.
  • RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in customer support or telesales (preferably B2B).
