About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive with strong communication, convincing skills, and a passion for B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer handling, lead follow-up, client coordination, and upselling.
- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for B2B customers.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products/services.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to close sales.
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain CRM records, call logs, and customer interaction details.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve monthly targets related to customer retention and sales conversions.
- RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in customer support or telesales (preferably B2B).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple clients at once.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and customer handling processes.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B portals, SaaS, IT services, or export/import industry.
