Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Client Needs: Understand customer goals, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions and proactive support.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly and efficiently resolve complaints, inquiries, and escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand revenue streams.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement client engagement plans and strategies, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations.
• Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to spot trends, track performance, and inform business decisions.
• Reporting: Conduct business reviews, present reports, and share insights with clients and management.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products/services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
