Male/Female sales experienced can apply | No fresher

Salary: upto 4,00,000 CTC depends on interview


Job Profile / Responsibilities

1. Explaining Kotak 811 features, benefits & digital banking services

2. 50%customer service 50% cross sell.

3. Maintaining customer data and follow-ups

4. Solving Queries 

Inbound plus cross selling process

Flexible to work 24/7 (For Females: 7AM till 8PM) including Sunday/holidays

Rotational 8 week offs in a month

Note: No working gaps more than 6 month
